·  Responsible for installation and Operation and Maintennance (O&M) of AT&T Call Home centers using packet switched telephone systems tied to satellite terminals (VSAT) at various locations in Iraq in direct support of the US Military.

·  Managed site construction for Pegasus Tower, Sprint Pcs, Ntelos, Nextell, Horizon PCS Illinois PCS, West Virginia wireless and Highland Cellular Supervising more than 400 cellular tower upgrades and raw-land builds.

·  Supervised self support tower and monopole  procurement, assembly and errection, 100 in Illinois alone.
